It taught me that help is not far away and to not be afraid to ask for help. I love working with kids, which is why I am an aspiring teacher. If others were able to help me, then there is no doubt I can help others. - I have taken classes in German, Spanish, English Literature and Composition, and Calculus. - In high school, I had the chance to go to the North Side of Chicago to help kids with their schoolwork. It was both a heart wrenching and heartwarming experience at the same time. The trip taught me that others have less than I do, and that education is the way out of poverty.
