-Fairview High School graduate with 4.0 GPA Cum Laude -Sophomore at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh majoring in Philosophy -Current GPA in college is 3.6 -Have completed all General Education courses in college except for 'Ethnic Studies' requirement

-I've always enjoyed helping my friends, syblings, or family with school work. -440 reading, 480 writing, 500 math -I really would want to be a tutor because I enjoy helping students and others work their way through problems. I feel that I have lots of patience with people who may not understand a concept as well as the majority. So I like to help those who struggle more because it helps them, and it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I can do that. -I have worked as an assistant coach on a high school soccer team which had some relevance to tutoring. When I worked with them I was given lots of opportunities to help the players learn new things. My patience and communication with the players was tested in this way just as a tutor would have to teach students learn a new concept. -I was a tutor for French in college last year -I have started my own painting business in the past: summer 2012
